champagne — Best avoided during pregnancy
A note from Emily
Emily's honest take
Mama, it's so important to keep your little one safe and healthy, and all the major health organizations, like the CDC, NHS, and ACOG, strongly recommend that pregnant women completely abstain from alcohol. There is no known safe amount or safe time to drink any type of alcohol, including champagne, during pregnancy. Even small amounts can pass to your baby through the placenta and can lead to serious risks such as miscarriage, premature birth, low birth weight, and lifelong conditions known as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs).

Always check with your OB for personalized advice, mama.
